Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to foster an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience in-store. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, drive daily workflow, and coach associates to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided to help you grow within Target’s culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest service and teamwork is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily/weekly workloads to meet service and sales goals and drive loyalty programs.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and accurate cash handling when needed.
• Actively support training, onboarding, and development conversations with team members.
