Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team is trained and consistently delivers on guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, coaching, and development.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Support and enable team members to deliver pick up and drive up orders accurately and efficiently.
