Job summary

Target in Riverside, CA is hiring for a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience in a fast-paced store. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, ensuring friendly, efficient service and adherence to store standards.

You will coach staff, manage daily workflows, and contribute to sales goals while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Train and supervise team members to meet Target guest experience standards.
• Monitor store operations, drive sales goals, and manage daily workload with leaders guidance.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain a safe, clean store area.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and development conversations with front of store teams.
