Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Anaheim, CA to supervise and develop a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front of Store Attendants. You will focus on delivering a welcoming, easy and friendly guest experience while driving loyalty and store performance.

You will be responsible for coaching, scheduling, and maintaining safety and operational standards, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure consistent guest experience commitments at checkouts, guest services, and drive-up.
• Monitor store metrics and adjust staffing to meet service and sales goals.
• Provide feedback and coaching to maintain safety, courtesy and efficient operations.
