Job summary

Target is hiring a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Princeton, NJ to drive guest experience and lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants.

You will coach, schedule, and monitor frontline operations, ensure adherence to guest experience commitments, and partner with leadership to deliver store goals while upholding safety and our valuation of diverse, welcoming service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Retail or guest-service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Train, supervise and develop hourly team members to meet standards.
• Monitor operations, analyze metrics, and adjust staffing to meet store goals.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing coaching to close skill gaps and improve performance.
