Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Norman, OK to drive guest experience and lead a frontline team. You will coach Guest Advocates, ensure consistent service, and help execute daily operations and promotions with a guest-first approach.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, with scheduling variability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ age requirement.
• Customer-service oriented and friendly attitude.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with a team.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with handheld scanners or store tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and coach a team of hourly associates to meet service standards.
• Assist with daily/weekly workload planning to hit sales and service goals.
• Take ownership of safety and store procedures; support store leadership.
