Qualifications

• Capable of using handheld scanners and technology devices.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting, assisting and resolving issues.
• Help guests find products, process returns or exchanges and ensure smooth transactions.
• Promote and explain benefits, promotions and services, including order pickup and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support team members as needed.
