Job summary

Target in Olathe, KS is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to oversee Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants. You will drive a premier guest experience, coach staff, and help meet daily service and sales goals while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will manage daily workloads, support loyalty initiatives, and participate in training and development opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role with varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
