Job summary

Target in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to oversee guest experience and store operations. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, set daily goals, and ensure excellent guest service while driving sales and loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. The role is full-time with a dynamic, retail-day schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Train, coach and develop team members for performance and growth.

• Plan daily/weekly workload to support sales goals and store priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in guest experience and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling and loss prevention policies.
