Job summary

Target in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking aService & Engagement Team Leader to drive guest service and store operations. You will lead a team of hourly staff, coach on guest experience, and ensure smooth checkout, pickup, and drive-up services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including coaching, interviewing, and development to retain talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support store priorities and achieve service and sales goals.
• Support loyalty programs, promotions, and brand launches to enhance guest shopping experience.
• Respond to guest concerns by de-escalating and solving issues while maintaining safety and compliance.
