Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Mechanicsville, VA to drive guest experience in-store and via digital channels. You will lead a team of guest advocates and front-of-store staff, coaching them to deliver fast, friendly service while meeting store goals.

The role requires leading by example, managing daily workload, and ensuring compliant, safe and welcoming store operations. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments and uphold Target’s service standards.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet service and sales goals.
• Support loyalty programs and educate guests on benefits.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies across the store.
