Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Vacaville, CA. You will lead a team at the front lanes and guest services to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, coaching, and resolving guest concerns while driving loyalty and store performance. The role requires a high school diploma and a customer-focused mindset, with flexible scheduling across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to lead and coach team members.
• Able to use handheld scanners and communication devices.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistent guest experiences and support a guest-first culture.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, hire, coach and evaluate performance.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads to meet service and sales goals.
• Assist guests with drive-up and pickup, ensure accuracy and safety.
• Monitor operations and resolve guest concerns promptly.
