Job summary

Target is seeking a Service And Engagement Team Leader in Goleta, CA to guide Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front of Store Attendants in delivering an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.

You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while meeting store goals, promotions, and customer service standards. The role requires flexibility and a strong guest-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members are trained and deliver on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Provide feedback and coach team members to improve guest experience moments.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Lead a team focusing on loyalty, safety and engagement.
