The Escape Game in Grapevine is seeking a Team Leader to drive top-tier guest service and team performance. You will lead a 4–15 member squad, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the company’s hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You should be ready to work flexible hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and stay composed while delivering a five-star guest experience. Join us to inspire teammates and delight guests in a dynamic game-setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (deep cleaning, lifting 30–40 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4–15 during shifts.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Open and close the store and ensure games start on time.
• Facilitate team member breaks and coach using TEG’s approach, Continuous, Gracious Pressure.
• Address minor maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory.
• Ensure every guest has a five-star experience.
