Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Taunton, MA to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, and drive store-wide service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly environment.
• Ensure team members are trained and consistently deliver on Target's guest experience commitments.
• Observe performance, provide feedback, and coach team members.
• Review metrics and drive improvements to guest experience and sales goals.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to exceed guest service expectations.
• Lead onboarding and development to close skill gaps.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Support loyalty programs and educate guests on benefits.
• Ensure training completion and ongoing education with your leader.
• Engage in development conversations and recognize performance.
