Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Taunton, MA to drive guest experience and store operations. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, coach performance, interview and onboard new hires, and ensure brand standards across departments.

In this role you will plan daily and weekly workloads, coordinate merchandising sets and planograms, monitor sales metrics, and take action to deliver results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and sustain a warm, friendly store environment.
• Lead hourly team members, including coaching, interviewing and onboarding.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain planograms, merchandising sets and brand standards across departments.
