Job summary

Target's Kingston, MA store seeks a Service & Engagement Team Leader to guide hourly associates in delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience. You’ll supervise daily operations, coach teammates, and monitor performance to meet service and sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility with a variable schedule including nights and weekends, and proficiency with handheld scanners and cash registers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver service and sales goals.
• Monitor area metrics and coach team to improve guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to Target guest experience commitments and store standards.
• Support and educate guests about Target Loyalty Programs and promotions.
• Maintain safety, security, and merchandise protection practices.
