Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and team performance in a busy store environment. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and prioritize tasks to meet store goals, promotions, and customer needs while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and channels.
• Work both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments.
• Train and coach teammates to meet service standards.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to achieve sales and guest goals.
• Support and enable Drive Up and pickup orders.
• Lead a team of hourly associates and drive loyalty initiatives.
