Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and support when tasks are busy, clocked in or on break.

The role emphasizes food safety, squad scheduling, and front-of-house development. Applicants should have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of cash handling and food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks and daily checklists.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available.
