Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Poway to guide Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead onboarding, training, and daily operations, ensuring consistency in service, safety, and store standards.

The role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment. Training programs will develop leadership and guest engagement skills, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Lead and hold others accountable

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe performance, provide feedback, and coach team members to meet goals.
• Analyze area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to exceed guest service expectations and drive loyalty.
