Job summary

Target Corp in Springfield, PA seeks a Service & Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and loyalty. You will lead hourly team members, coach, and maintain daily workloads to hit sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience and drive loyalty.
• Lead hourly team members, coach, interview, and develop talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to achieve sales and service goals.
• Monitor store operations, safety, and guest issues; de-escalate when needed.
• Support pickup and drive-up orders and promote Target loyalty benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, brand launches, and events.
