Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader at our Erie, PA store. You will lead a team of guest-facing associates to deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly shopping experience, drive loyalty, and manage daily workflows to meet sales and service goals.

The role requires strong communication, coaching and interview skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, inclusivity and safety. Flexible hours, benefits, and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a guest-centric team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver guest service commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and sales goals.
• Manage onboarding, training and performance feedback for team members.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and respond to guest concerns promptly.
