Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operational supervisor to train and lead team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring great tasting food and adherence to all Jack in the Box procedures and standards.

The role emphasizes coaching for guest expectations, maintaining neat appearance, and creating a friendly, well-staffed environment while ensuring timely service and compliance with policies. This is a hands-on leadership position at our Burley, Idaho location.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or restaurant supervision, with at least 6 months JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lead, train and coach a team to meet guest expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong focus on food quality, safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations and lead team members on the floor.
• Train and coach staff using company standards and policies.
• Ensure guest experience is consistently excellent and orders are accurately prepared.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Manage breaks, timekeeping and labor compliance during shifts.
