Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals.
• Support drive-up and curbside services and guest needs.
• De-escalate guest concerns and ensure safe, friendly service.
• Maintain brand standards and store cleanliness.
• Assist with training and development under the supervisor.
