Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience in a fast-paced store environment in Marlborough, MA. You will greet guests, help them find products, and resolve issues with a focus on courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with order pick-up and drive-up, explaining loyalty programs and promos, and ensuring smooth transactions while maintaining a positive team mindset and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist guests.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced retail environments and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft; initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers with a positive attitude.
• Promote current promos, store activities and the Target App features.
• Understand and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following safety and quality standards.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; guide guests in enrollment.
