Job summary

Target is hiring a Service and Engagement Team Leader to lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a busy retail environment. You will coach staff, maintain standards for guest interactions, and drive store performance through effective planning and team development.

Successful candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Ensure team delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and operates consistently.
• Observe performance and provide feedback, coaching where needed.
• Assist in planning daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and drive sales.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to deliver high-quality service.
