Job summary

Target in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while leading a team of hourly Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front of Store Attendants.

The role requires strong guest service skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work a variable schedule. Training will cover onboarding, safety, store operations and best practices to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and support customer service objectives.
• Coach on onboarding, safety, and best practices to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
