Target Albuquerque seeks a Service & Engagement Team Leader to guide guest service standards, coach hourly teammates, and drive store performance. You will manage daily workloads, empower a guest-centric culture, and promote Target offerings while ensuring accuracy and speed in service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and guest engagement.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders for digital guests.
• Coach and develop teammates to improve performance.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards.
