Job summary

Target is hiring a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Apple Valley, CA to guide guest interactions and drive service excellence. You will lead a team of frontline staff, coach performance, and ensure smooth daily store operations across checkout, guest services, and drive-up channels.

You will participate in scheduling, training, and development to sustain high standards of guest satisfaction and loyalty while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or gladly accepted.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Lead and hold others accountable and communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and multiple frequency devices.
