Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes.
• Or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Team Leader training classes; ServSafe certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead and supervise front-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with all JIB procedures, systems and standards.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety, and uphold brand standards.
