Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to lead daily front- and back-of-house guest operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service across stays in Lake Havasu City.

You’ll manage check-ins/check-outs, analyze reports, coordinate schedules, and maintain inventory while upholding company standards and guest satisfaction.

A valid driver’s license is required; hospitality experience and strong communication are essential to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
• 1 year of hotel, timeshare or hospitality service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of computer software, including property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of guest service shifts, planning front- and back-of-house activities.
• Provide proper guest check-in/check-out procedures and analyze reports.
• Maintain room inventory accurately and manage scheduling changes.
• Foster positive guest and associate relationships through interaction.
• Support service standards and communicate reservation flag information.
