Qualifications

• Ability to coach and supervise staff effectively.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Familiarity with store safety, security, quality and operations policies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
• Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS while maintaining cash levels and accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gifts and checks where applicable.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are replenished.
