Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and monitor work processes per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish products.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
