Job summary

Global Partners LP in Michigan is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks.

You will greet guests, operate the point of sale according to company standards, maintain cash controls, restock products, and keep the store clean and organized while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
