Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, manage cash processes, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes engaging customers, coaching employees, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store.

The position requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Candidates should be at least 18 and able to access all store areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties per management directives.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels with supervision.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Oversee cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing products.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
