HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support daily front desk operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and oversee smooth check-in and check-out.

You will train and guide front desk staff, manage scheduling and shift coverage, address guest concerns, and report to the Front Office Manager. This role provides clear paths to hotel management roles across our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
• Supervise front desk agents and manage reservations.
