Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to support daily front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, assist with training, handle guest concerns, and help manage scheduling to maintain a welcoming, efficient front office.

This full-time role offers a $20/hr wage with night shift hours (3-11pm) and a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of PTO, healthcare, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Supervise front desk agents and manage guest reservations.
• Assist in training front desk staff and guide team members.
• Report to the Front Office Manager.
• Schedule coverage and shifts, including nights 3-11pm.
