Highgate Hotels in Miami seeks a Night Audit Supervisor to balance nightly hotel revenues and oversee the overnight Front Desk team. You will ensure accurate cash handling, system reporting, and guest satisfaction during night hours.

The role requires leadership, 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, and proficiency with OPERA PMS and MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor in luxury hospitality, with lead or supervisory exposure.
• Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and check them in following established procedures.
• Audit and balance room revenue, F&B revenue, cashier reports, and other accounts.
• Run system reports at the start and end of each shift.
• Balance accounts, post charges, and handle daily cash processing.
• Supervise overnight Front Desk team and ensure service standards.
• Handle guest questions and emergencies, escalating as needed.
