Responsibilities

• Greets guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Input and retrieve guest information during check-in; code keys; select rooms based on guest needs.
• Answer telephone with clear English; transmit messages to guests.
• Manage arrivals and pre-arrival packets; ensure smooth check-in/out.
• Train new front desk agents in daily duties and cash handling; ensure PMS compliance.
• Monitor attendance; reinforce policy and discipline where needed.
• Support other front desk staff; perform related duties as requested by management.
