Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport is seeking a Hotel Front Office Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, or Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily Front Desk operations on primarily an evening shift with some mornings and mid shifts. The role emphasizes service standards, cash handling, and policy adherence, with coverage for short-staffed shifts.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus excellent organization and flexibility to manage busy hotel

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of professional business ethics and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day operations of the Front Desk.
• Establishes and maintains service standards for Front Office areas.
• Maintains proper cash handling procedures and over/short documentation.
• Adheres to hotel policies regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, and training documentation.
• Acts as Working Front Office Manager to cover short-staffed shifts and audits.
