Job summary

Embassy Suites Cleveland Rockside is seeking a housekeeping team member to clean and maintain corridors and guest room areas to the hotel's standards. The role includes providing linen supplies, stocking floor closets, and handling guest requests with timely delivery and retrieval.

Responsibilities cover trash removal, linen transportation, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The work environment is fast-paced with varied shift days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain corridors, vending areas, elevators, landings and service areas on guest room floors to hotel standards.
• Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets.
• Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor.
• Review assigned areas and remove trash or debris from floors.
• Stock linen closets with clean linen and supplies.
• Transport guest laundry and dry cleaning to guest rooms.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety and security procedures.
