Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Evanston to greet and register guests, handle check-out, and manage payments. You will use the POS system, input guest data, and assist with currency conversion while promoting hotel services to maximize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume customer service.
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent computer skills and strong team orientation.
• Hilton brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and handle check-in/check-out.
• Input and retrieve guest information, process payments and currencies.
• Use the POS system and upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
