Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey is seeking a capable stand supervisor to lead daily operations at assigned locations, ensuring fast, friendly service and strict adherence to food safety standards and company policies.

You will train and motivate a team, monitor sanitation and stock, and engage guests with the 2-finger method to maintain a high-energy, safe experience during peak times.

Formación

• Proven experience as a supervisor in fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; passed/able to pass ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team of stand supervisors and associates assigned to your location(s).
• Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures in compliance with all health department and Food and Beverage Operation policies regarding sanitation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in the ordering of supplies as necessary.
• Foster a culture of cooperation amongst the management team to ensure smooth coordination between food preparation and service.
• Troubleshoot issues related to staff, equipment, or customer service promptly with upper management.
• Enhance the guest experience by maintaining a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure guests are treated with respect and receive prompt, friendly service and address concerns positively.
• Walk the dining area to engage with guests and gather feedback using the 2-finger method.
