Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey is seeking a Stand Supervisor Lead to manage daily operations at assigned locations. The role pays $18.00 per hour and requires guiding a team to deliver high-quality guest service while maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities include training and motivating staff, enforcing sanitation and safety policies, coordinating with food prep and service, and addressing guest concerns with a positive attitude.

Formación

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
• Professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Comfortable with POS systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team of stand supervisors and associates at your location.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation procedures and inspect equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Coordinate between food preparation and service for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot staff, equipment or service issues with management.
• Maintain a positive, energetic guest experience during peak times.
• Ensure prompt, friendly guest service and address concerns.
• Engage with guests to check satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all units in the area.
• Provide coaching and development feedback to supervisees.
• Evaluate associates for promotion potential.
• Comply with Six Flags policies at all times.
