Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Pittsfield, MA to lead staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and uphold store policies. The role requires coaching, cash handling, and maintaining 24/7 guest service program execution.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18, possess a High School Diploma, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment. We value reliability and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (coolers, outdoors).
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed per management instructions.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to employees.
• Greet guests and create a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels.
• Keep store clean and stocked; manage housekeeping duties.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
