Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Pittsfield, MA to drive a top-notch guest experience and support all store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, handling POS transactions, stocking, housekeeping, and coordinating with management on guest needs.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in variable temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors as needed.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
