Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold store standards. This role focuses on coaching, cash handling, POS operations, and safe, efficient store execution.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Ability to follow store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform all duties per management guidance.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
