Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and cash-handling standards. This role focuses on supervising daily tasks, coaching team members, and maintaining guest service quality in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, ensure in-stock conditions, and provide a welcoming shopping experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service oriented with ability to coach staff.
• Experience supervising a team and handling cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety policies are followed.
• Manage 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints with professional service.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and work with flexibility in hours.
