Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure efficient cash handling and cash deposit processes. This role requires flexibility to work varied hours and strong adherence to safety and company policies.

The GSS will oversee operations, greetings, and service quality while promoting a clean, organized store environment and timely replenishment of merchandise. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure duties are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Oversee guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished and in-stock.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
