Job summary

Legends Global in Bloomington, IN seeks a Lead Merchandise Associate to support merchandise operations and deliver outstanding guest services. You will help manage inventory, supervise staff, and uphold cash handling protocols while creating appealing visual displays and driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of retail experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a proactive, energetic attitude with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• 3+ years retail merchandise experience preferred.
• Must be flexible to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a team environment, move fast, and act on assigned duties.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Supervise assigned personnel and develop each employee.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect.
• Communicate goals and provide feedback on performance.
• Develop programs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Work with visual displays and merchandising to attract customers.
• Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs.
• Follow safety training and procedures; report any safety incidents in Origami Risk.
